C H I M E must still raise $10,000 this year in order to reach our goal. Help us launch the next Highlander Broadway star by making a donation!

C H I M E contributes $26,100 each year to Piedmont schools in order to support the next generation of hometown singers, musicians, dancers and actors. Over half of all PUSD (Piedmont Unified School District) students are enrolled in music, dance, theater or acapella programs. Donations to CHIME directly benefit a range school programs, including the pep band that cheers on Piedmont sports teams, professional musicians who support instrumental music instruction, instruments for our elementary students, and recitals that welcome all levels of experience.

CHIME on Broadway raised $7,500 for performing arts in Piedmont schools.

THANKS to all that helped make this a successful and memorable event!

Special thanks to Rebecca Posamentier, and our special guest Zachary Piser!

Fresh off a successful run in the Broadway hit musical Wicked, Zachary Piser (PHS ’11) returned to Piedmont for a one-night only show on Saturday, October 14, 2017 to benefit the performing arts in Piedmont Schools. Hosts Elizabeth and Gregor Watson graciously opened their home to more than 75 guests for this special event.

Piser wowed the audience with his charm and performance of some of his favorite songs, including selections from My Fair Lady, Wicked, and Dear Evan Hansen. He received a standing ovation from the gathered audience, including many young aspiring theater students.
